Here we will answer a large quantity of questions customers might ask, regarding anything buyback related. Questions here can answer buyback and grading, packaging, and payment questions. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please feel free to contact us.

What type of LCD's do you buy?

We accept broken LCD screens from most major smartphone brands (e.g., Apple, Samsung), including shattered, cracked, and non-functional screens. Eligible models and current prices are listed on our pricing page. We also accept good/perfect conditions screens. Non-OEM LCDs are not eligible for buyback.

How do you determine the value of the LCD's?

Once received, each screen is inspected and graded according to our grading criteria. Grade levels (e.g., A, B, C, D) affect payout — higher grades earn more.

What is your grading system?

Grades are based on functional and cosmetic condition:

• Grade A: very small shadow with perfect touch function.

• Grade B: deeper shadows, keyboard shadow.

• Grade C: back light leakage, bright spot or No touch.

• Grade D/Rejected: severely damaged screens not eligible for buyback (can be recycled).

Do you accept non-OEM screens?

We typically accept only OEM or equivalent original panels. Non-OEM screens may not be eligible for our buyback program.

Can I send LCD's with missing parts?

Missing parts or detached components can affect grading and payout. Please list all accessories and parts included in your shipment.

What if my LCD(s) have touch issues?

We typically accept only OEM or equivalent original panels. Non-OEM screens may not be eligible for our buyback program.

Do you accept waters with screen damage?

Yes, we accept water-damaged screens, but they typically fall into our lower grade categories.

What if my phone has burn in or image retention?

Screens with burn-in or image retention are accepted but will be graded accordingly.

Are there any brands you don't accept?

We accept most brands including Apple and Samsung. We do not accept counterfeit displays or screens from unknown manufacturers.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes! We provide free prepaid shipping labels for any quantity, even only one screen.

How do I get a shipping label?

Once you submit your free label request through our online form, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack your items securely and drop them off at any carrier location.

What should I include when shipping LCDs?

Please include only the screen/front assembly (LCD with frame) along with the packaging.

How should I pack my LCDs?

Pack each screen securely with bubble wrap, place in a sturdy box with padding, and affix the shipping label clearly. Proper packing ensures safe transit and accurate grading.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes — after shipping, your shipping provider tracking number will allow you to monitor delivery to our facility.

What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

Contact us right away. We will initiate a claim with the carrier to investigate. Please save your packing materials until the claim concludes.

Is there a minimum quanitity for free shipping?

No minimum! We offer free shipping for any quantity of broken screens, even just one.

How long does shipping typically take?

Most shipments arrive at our facility within 3-5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

How soon will I get paid?

After your LCDs are received and graded, payment typically processes within 24 hours upon your approval, depending on volume and model type.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer multiple payout options including PayPal, bank transfer (ACH), check, Zelle, Venmo or CashApp — choose your preference when confirming our buyback offer.

What if I disgagree with your evaluation?

We'll send you photos and a detailed report of our grading. If you disagree, we will ship the whole package back to you at our cost with 7 business days after your package is received.

What happens if my LCDs are not accepted?

Items deemed below minimum standard (Grade D or rejected) are either recycled responsibly or can be returned upon request. Contact us within the holding period—7 days.

Can I get my rejected screens returned?

Yes — simply contact your account manager or customer support before the holding period expires.

What is your return policy for buyback shipments?

Because buyback shipments are evaluated for value, we generally do not accept returns once payment is issued. Exceptions are made only for shipment errors or processing issues on our end.

How long do you hold my screens for before recycling or disposal?

We hold rejected or unclaimed screens for a defined period of 7 days before responsibly recycling.

Can I cancel or get my screns back after shipment?

Once you've shipped your screens, you have 24 hours after shipment to request cancellation. After that, they enter our processing queue. If you change your mind after we receive them but before inspection, we can return them with a small shipping deduction.
